Are these the exact items shown in the photos?

Yes, always. Every listing is shot from the actual item you'll get — never a stock image or a borrowed catalog photo. What's in the pictures is what ships (or what you pick up). If there's a scratch, you'll see it before you buy.
Do you test every item?

If it powers on, we test it — and the listing tells you exactly what we checked. Some things we genuinely can't verify (no power supply on hand, no way to read a disc), and those go up as-is, clearly marked "Salvex," "For Parts," or "As-Is." We'd rather tell you than guess.
How does your pricing compare to eBay?

When something’s also listed on eBay, buying it here skips their marketplace cut — so we hand that savings back instead of pocketing it. A lot of product pages show both prices side by side, so you’re not just taking our word for it. Prefer eBay? Most items link straight to our store there.
Do you offer local pickup?

Yep — we do local pickup around Dallas–Fort Worth (Aubrey, TX 76227). Pick that option at checkout and we’ll email you to set up a time. Bring a valid photo ID, and note you’ll need to be 18 or older.
When will my order ship?

We pack and ship most orders within 2 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email at checkout, and we update your order page as it moves. Same-day handling isn’t guaranteed, and carrier or weather delays are out of our hands.
How do I track my order?

Every order has its own status page with a shipment timeline and tracking link. Use the link in your confirmation email, or use “Track an Order” in the footer and enter your email — for your privacy we email the secure links rather than showing order details on the page.
What does "Salvex" mean?

Salvex is our tag for parts, repair, and as-is gear — priced low because of it. It might not power on, or it might be missing pieces. Perfect for tinkerers and donor units. One catch: all Salvex sales are final, no returns.
Do modded consoles include games?

No. We sell modded hardware only. Every modified device ships with no copyrighted games, ROMs, BIOS files, or other copyrighted data. The modification simply enables homebrew and open-source software you legally own.
What is your return policy?

Most tested items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in the same condition as shipped. Items marked Salvex, For Parts, As-Is, or No Returns are final sale.
Do you ship internationally?

Direct checkout here ships within the US only for now. If you’re overseas, you can often still grab eligible items through our eBay listings, where eBay International Shipping handles the rest.
